CyberMiles ICO analysis

The ICO project in one paragraph: CyberMiles is a new blockchain protocol being developed by 5xlab for the sole purpose of revolutionizing how digital commerce and online marketplaces work. Imagine a world in which consumers can buy and sell products among themselves with the same confidence and certainty as they would from Amazon or Walmart. Or if individuals could create their own marketplaces and manage these communities in a truly democratic way. Now imagine you could help shape this technology by being part of the network; that is the world that CyberMiles wants to create.
What makes CyberMiles different: CyberMiles has a highly experienced team with e-commerce that enables them to develop and execute better on solutions for commercial applications. They are also the team behind the 5miles marketplace that has grown, in just three years, to 12 million users as well as millions of transactions per year, across more than 20 categories. This can be used to spearhead the early adoption for CyberMiles.
Token utility: The CyberMiles Token (CMT) is being developed as a utility token, and is not intended to be a security or regulated product in any jurisdiction. CMT is the native crypto token currency being created to be integrated with and used on the CyberMiles network, and on partner platforms running its applications.
Actual partnerships or strategic relationships with other companies or organizations: 5miles is expected to be the first platform to utilize CyberMiles’ blockchain protocol, and also will assist 5xlab to develop the technology. To further drive mainstream adoption, 5miles will establish a CyberMiles contracts market in which its CyberMiles application modules can be licensed or jointly developed with partner platforms and agencies.
Raised funds usage after pre-sale finishes: in the whitepaper there is some info regarding the usage of the funds, however nothing very specific (no percentage or exact usage), just the traditional project funding, marketing, R&D. Not very transparent on this one, though.
Token sale schedule: the token sale event will take place from Oct. 24 to Nov. 25. Participants must first register (by Oct. 23) at Pre-sale commitments are available until Oct. 23, prior to the start of the sale event, and one billion CyberMiles tokens will be issued for the pre-sale and token sale events.
